:: 2006-01-16	Today, WinLyrics team gathered to discuss the future of WinLyrics project. Here is the summary of the current situation and what we plan to do.
:: 2006-01-15	Over the time we have been running WinLyrics with very tolerant trial policy, the server load increased so dramatically over time that we had to move to a dedicated server. However, due to excessive spread of cracks and trial version misuses, this got WinLyrics' budget to red numbers. Therefore we have decided to tighten the trial limits. At the same time we diminished limits for registered users since few of them managed to reach the limits sometimes. We also consider to impose a mass bans at all IP adresses from which users who use cracked version of WinLyrics (which fact is easily deductible from our logs). If we decide to do so, the action will take during March 2006. If you like WinLyrics project and the service it has been delivering to users for years, please consider registering and keep it working for you. Registered users will not be affected by the constrains mentioned above in any case.
